Fees and Payment Policy
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:
- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a bookkeeping courtesy discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.
- To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
- For your convenience, we offer Visa and MasterCard and Discover service and debit payments.

To exceed our patients’ expectations with the best orthodontic treatment available and to work together as a team of professionals worthy of our patients’ trust.
Office Hours
Our regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Appointments are available in our Caldwell office 1-2 times per month on a Friday. The office is closed on weekends, major holidays and when staff are attending continuing education programs.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions for our office on your behalf.
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. The office telephone numbers are (208)467-5259 (Nampa), (208) 454-3377 (Caldwell). We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, please give us 24-hours’ notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergency Care
We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible.
